Radstock, Midsomer Norton and District Museum

The museum reflects the lives of the inhabitants of the Somerset coalfield - last pit closed in c1973. Features re-constructed coal face, miner's cottage, Victorian schoolroom, c1930s Co-op shop, joiner's shop, blacksmiths, John Wesley Room, geology and chapel china. Guided tours available for pre-booked groups.
